Scissor Sisters to headline V Festival

Organisers have announced that Scissor Sisters will headline this year’s V Festival.

Bob Angus, the festival’s director, commented: “Their performance on the NME Stage at last year’s festival is hailed as pivotal to this breakthrough.

“They continually receive rave reviews for their releases and we can’t wait to be blown away by another live performance again this year.

“In the coming weeks we plan to unveil a phenomenal joint headline act, who, with the Scissor Sisters, will make it one of our best line ups yet – worthy of our tenth anniversary status!”

The tenth V Festival will take place in August at Hylands Park, Chelmsford and Weston Park, Staffordshire.
