Super Furrys Confirm Festival Headline

The Super Furry Animals have been confirmed as the first big name for the Isle Of Wight’s Bestival. The festival set up by Sunday Best head honcho and DJ Rob Da Bank will take place from September 9-11 in Robin Hill’s Country Park on the Isle Of Wight.

The Super Furry Animals, whose new album is set to hit shop shelves in August, have confirmed they will be filling the headline slot for the Sunday night of the intimate three day affair.

The Go! Team will also be making an appearance, alongside previously announced performances from British Sea Power, The Magic Numbers, The Rakes, Soulwax, Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry, Tom Vek, Terry Hall, Emiliana Torrini, The Earlies, Hot Chip, The Bees’ 24-Hour Village and The Filthy Dukes with more acts still to be announced.
