Carling Weekender Confirms New Bands Tent

Carling Weekend organisers have confirmed the line-up for the Carling New Bands Stage with performances from among others, Echo & The Bunnymen, Adam Green, The Raveonettes, The Caesers, The Go! Team and Ladytron.

Mean Fiddler and Carling have announced the line up for this year’s Carling Stage.
Seven years since the tent’s introduction, this year the Carling Stage headliners will be Ladytron (Friday at Reading, Saturday at Leeds), The Go! Team (Saturday at Reading, Sunday at Leeds) and Echo & The Bunnymen (Sunday at Reading, Friday at Leeds).

Among the acts performing underneath Ladytron, will be Charlotte Hatherley, The National, The Paddingtons, We Are Scientists and The Blood Arm, while The Raveonettes, Sleater Kinney, The Caesars, Yeti, Arctic Monkeys and Mystery Jets will join The Go! Team.

Joining Echo & The Bunnymen will be Adam Green, Engineers, Towers Of London, Battle and Boy Kill Boy.

The Carling Weekender festivals takes place from Friday August 26th to Sunday 28th.
