U2 release more tickets
6th June 2005 - 10:43
U2 have just released more tickets for their two Twickenham Stadium dates on their huge ‘Vertigo’ UK tour later this summer, plus news of a brand new U2 album that may be released as early as next year.
As previously reported, all 260,000 tickets for U2’s Vertigo UK tour dates in London, Glasgow, Manchester and Cardiff sold out within minutes of going on sale. Further demand then prompted the adding of second (and subsequently) sold out performances in London and Manchester.
However, a ’substantial number’ of ‘very good’ seats have just been made available for their gigs at Twickenham on June 18 and 19.
The extra tickets are on sale now, priced £65 and £45 (plus booking fee) and are available here.
