First few bands announced for Reading and Leeds

The first few bands have just been announced for this years Reading and Leeds Festival by BBC Radio 1.
Razorlight, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Klaxons and The View are confirmed as appearing. More to be announced at 18:45 tonight – check the lineup pages for more info.

Leeds Festival takes place at Bramham Park in Leeds and Reading Festival is at Little Johns Farm in Reading. Both take place from Friday 24th August until Sunday 26th August.
