Ticket agency goes bust

Ticket agency, tickettout.com, as gone bust leaving thousands of you seriously out of pocket.

Many people have reported receiving letters from them, explaining that they won’t receive their tickets and probably won’t receive their cash back either.

Up to 7,000 people have claimed they’ve not received their tickets, with the average loss being £128.

Some customers may get their money back if they paid via credit card.

A helpline has been setup on 020 7194 1015.
