Free toilet roll for Glastonbury Festival goers - 8 May 2007

Revellers at Glastonbury Festival are ’to get a roll with it’ – a free recycled toilet roll.
 
The generous offer supports Glastonbury Festival’s green policy: to reduce waste and encourage recycling.
Glastonbury organiser and founder Michael Eavis, has agreed a deal with toilet tissue makers Nouvelle.
He said the move would make the festival more environmentally friendly.

Super Furry Animals to play new Irish festival - 8 May 2007

Groove Armada, Super Furry Animals and The Rapture have been confirmed for a brand new Irish festival.
Lovebox Weekender Dublin will take place at Malahide Castle in Dublin on July 21st.

New stage for Glastonbury Festival - 8 May 2007

Glastonbury Festival co-organiser Emily Eavis has revealed details of a new stage for this year’s event at Worthy Farm, which takes places from June 22nd to June 24th.

Mark Ronson and more added to V Fetival lineup - 8 May 2007

Yet more bands have been confirmed for this year’s V Festival.
Mark Ronson, Jesse Malin, Mutya Buena, Captain, Chungking and Lena Rez have been added to the bill for the two-day event which takes place in Chelmsford and Staffordshire on 18th and 19th August this year.
