Hi, i'm at staffordshire Uni so the V festival at Weston Park is literally just around the corner. I really want to work there this year but can't seem to find out how to apply. Does anyone know who i need to contact or has anyone worked there before? Thanks in advance.

In total you have to work 24hrs, if you to where get a job where you got payed you could earn the money to go the festival anyway does'nt make sense to go work there.

I cant believe this either, festivals are supposed to be about chilled atmospheres,I bet everyone is on edge about that deposit they might loose, especially as they are probably having a swig of carling here and there, I work at two festivals in the south(Isle of Wight) and they are very chilled so head over to them!! peace

I also thought it\'d be amazing to work at a festival... I looked into Leeds and Reading but you have to put down £140 deposit before you can go!!!

How extortionate is this?? for an extra £10 you can go to the festival and not work. Yeah you get the deposit back, but only if everything is in mint condition and if you work the full 8 hour shifts (doesnt sound too bad, but how much can do you do in 8 hours??) etc... I can\'t afford £140 and I REALLY wanted to do this.

Grr.
