The Bravery out – Robyn in at V Festival
16th August 2007 - 13:08
The Bravery have pulled out of this weekend’s V Festival, and will be replaced by chart-topping Swedish pop star Robyn.
The band were due to play the Virgin Mobile Union stage ahead of Graham Coxon on Saturday 18th in Chelmsford, and Sunday 19th in Staffordshire.
Festival Director Bob Angus commented: “I’m really pleased that Robyn is playing this year’s V Festival. The addition of the current No. one artist at this late stage really fulfils our aim of making the year’s V festival the best yet!”.
V Festival takes place at the dual sites of Hylands Park in Chelmsford and Weston Park in Staffordshire on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th August. Headlining the festival are The Killers, Snow Patrol and the Foo Fighters.
