Tickets for T in the Park sell out in an hour

The remaining 40,000 tickets for this years T in the Park, have sold out within an hour after going on sale at 9am this morning.

The first 40,000 tickets went on sale immediately after last years festival, and sold out in just over an hour.

T in the Park 2008 takes place at Balado from the 11th to 13th of July. 

The Verve will play the main stage on the Friday night, Rage Against The Machine on the Saturday and REM will close the festival on the Sunday evening.

Kaiser Chiefs, the Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers have also been added to the T in the Park lineup.
