Kate Nash has been confirmed for the Glastonbury Festival lineup, according to news on her website.

“We are extremely proud to announce that Kate will open this year’s Glastonbury Festival.

Kate will kick off the action on Friday 27 June when she plays the prestigious first slot on the pyramid stage. ”

Glastonbury 2008 takes place at Worthy Farm in Somerset from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th June 2008.
