Yet more bands have been confirmed for this year’s V Festival.

Mark Ronson, Jesse Malin, Mutya Buena, Captain, Chungking and Lena Rez have been added to the bill for the two-day event which takes place in Chelmsford and Staffordshire on 18th and 19th August this year.

The bands join headliners The Killers, Foo Fighters and Snow Patrol.

Festival director Bob Angus comments: “Year after year the V Festival line-up just gets stronger and stronger. New acts like Mark Ronson, Seth Lakeman and Jesse Malin will join dozens of previously announced artists including The Killers, Foo Fighters and Snow Patrol to make V the ultimate festival this summer! And, it’s going to get even better as we are soon to announce the Virgin Mobile Union stage.”

General tickets for V Festival have sold out.  However, ticket and coach packages are still available through SeeTickets and depart from a number of UK cities and towns.
