Funeral For A Friend and LCD Soundsystem have been added to the bill at this year’s Reading and Leeds music festivals.

The Carling Weekend festivals take place over three days from August 26-28 reports NME.com.

Funeral For A Friend will play the Main Stage in Leeds on Friday 26 and Reading on Sunday 28, the same day as James Murphy’s LCD Soundsystem play the NME/ Radio 1 Stage.

The festivals will be headlined by the Pixies, Foo Fighters and Iron Maiden.
