West Yorkshire Police say they have reluctantly decided not to challenge the granting of a licence for the Carling Leeds Festival.

Blur to play Reading and Leeds Festivals - 7 April 2003
Blur and Linkin Park have been named as two of the headline acts at the Reading and Leeds Festivals.
They join Metallica who had already been confirmed as the other headliner on the main stage.
Other acts include Placebo, Beck, White Stripes, The Streets, Doves and Elbow.
