V Festival 2010 Weather – Hylands Park, Chelmsford, Essex

August 21st, 2010

V Festival 2010 Weather Forecast – Hylands Park, Chelmsford

A mainly dry weekend but with the chance of the odd shower down at Hylands Park in Chelmsford.  Definately worth packing the suncream and those wellies just in case – don’t you love the British Summer!

Saturday

A dry start to the day down in Essex, with temps creeping up all day with the best of the weather in the afternoon where it could get as high as 25!

Remember to wear a hat and put plenty of suncream on – nothing worse than a hangover with sunburn!

It’ll still be warm going into the evening and overnight, so expect some very sticky tents!

Sunday

Assuming you’ve listened to our advice, you should wake up on Sunday feeling ok and be up to enjoy the early morning sunshine.

Temperatures today will again be in the 20’s, with the max temp being around the 23°c.  Slight risk of a bit of drizzle late into Sunday afternoon and early evening, but nothing too worry about too much.

Again, please ensure you’ve got plenty of suncream on and have a great weekend!

V Festival Weather Forecast – Weston Park, Staffordshire

V Festival takes place over the weekend of 21st and 22nd August, with Kasabian and Kings of Leon have been announced as headliners for V Festival 2010. Joinnig them on the V Festival lineup will be Stereophonics, The Prodigy, Faithless and more.

V Festival 2010 Weather – Weston Park, Staffs

August 21st, 2010

2010 V Festival Weather Forecast – Weston Park, Staffs.

It’s looking like sunshine and showers for more of the weekend at Weston Park in Staffordshire, so make sure you”ve packed the wellies!

Saturday

A slightly damp start to the day, but that will soon change towards lunchtime when the sun will be shining.  There will be the odd shower with the chances increasing throughout the evening, especially as darkness falls where there could be quite a downpour – sticking those  wellies on would be a good idea!

Temperatures will be between 18 – 20, dropping to around 10-11 overnight.

Sunday

The best of the two days with the sun shining from early on.  Early afternoon will see the most of the sunshine with temperatures up to 21°c and with UV’s high, a hat and suncream are definately advised.

A pleasant evening too with only a very slight risk of rain.

Going to Hylands Park instead?  Check the V Festival Hylands Park weather forecast.

Headlining the 2010 Reading Festival will be Guns n Roses, Arcade Fire and Blink 182 over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

This capacity increase was applied for and agreed as part of the 2009 premises licence variation for Reading Festival and is year 2 of a 3-year arrangement of a staggered increase of 10,000 in total.  In July 2009 Reading Borough Council agreed to increase capacity for the 2009 event by 3,500 with a further 3,500 tickets for the 2010 event and a further proposed increase of 3,000 in 2011.

Melvin Benn, Managing Director of Festival Republic, said:
Once again I would like to thank the council for its continued support of Reading Festival and for its help in ensuring Reading Festival maintains its pole position as the greatest rock festival in the world.  I am aware that there is a large waiting list via See Tickets and this will go some way to meet some of that demand albeit there are absolutely no early birds left.”

If you still miss out, don’t worry as official fan to fan secondary ticket agents ViaGoGo still have tickets for Reading available.
