The first few bands have been announced for Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Preston, which is Europe’s biggest free ticketed event and takes place on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th of May at Preston’s Moor Park.

The Fratellis, Just Jack, Kaiser Chiefs, Mika, Natasha Bedingfield, Razorlight, Scissor Sisters and Sterephonics have all been confirmed for the Big Weekend lineup.

Tickets for Radio 1’s Big Weekend are FREE and there are only 7,500 pairs available each day.
